Here’s A Quick Full Body Workout At Home Without Equipment

We wanted to do this different type of blog post for you. And, that’s because many of you have told us that you’re bored at home. Ha, we completely understand what you mean!

So as we know, going outdoors, getting sunshine and exercise is great for health. Yet, due to the Covid-19 virus situation… many gyms around the world are shut down. Plus, many of you are in lockdown, without being able to go outside for exercise.

Thus, a great way to stay healthy is to do a full body workout at home.

Plus, if you’re stuck in a hotel, without access to a gym, this’ll be great for you too. And, when you’re on the road traveling, a full body workout that you can do anywhere is a BONUS!

So for us, to get the blood pumping, and metabolism firing… one of our favorite exercise moves is doing burpees. And, doing 100 hundred burpees a day gives fantastic results. 

But make sure you’re doing it the right way, as you don’t want to injure yourself. Otherwise, you won’t be able to do much at all.

Yet, for many people, doing burpees can get boring and tedious. Thus, you end up throwing in the towel and you revert to doing NO exercise, which isn’t great. 

Thus, even when life gets back to “normal” you can still do this full body workout. It’s convenient to do when you’re short on time.
