If you’re an Accor Plus member then there are many benefits to this loyalty program. One of them is getting access to cheap hotels within their network. Yet, you need to know how to find them, right?
This blog post is about how to find the best hotel deals using the Accor Plus website. It is particularly aimed at newer Accor Plus members… Or those of you who don’t know about Accor Plus Red Hot Rooms.
So let’s get right into finding the best Accor Plus Hotels rates!
When you’re on the internet, head on over to the Accor Plus website www.AccorPlus.com
Then select “Log In” in the top menu…
Enter your email address or card number in the space provided. Then enter your password in the space provided. Then hit the “Log In” button…
Once you’re logged in… in the menu, select “Offers”
Then, tick the box on the left side of “Red Hot Rooms”
TIP: Now, to be sure I am getting the best offer, I also tick the box on the left hand side of “Stay”
Then select the region you’re looking for accommodation in…
For the purposes of this “how to demonstration,” I’ll choose Australia.
Next to that you can select the brand of hotel you want to stay in.
If you don’t have a particular brand in mind… You can see all the Accor Plus Hotels that are on a red hot special. To do this leave the option onto “Brand Name”.
Then hit the “Apply” button…
Scroll down past the “Apply” button. You’ll then see all the current hotel deals…
If there are more hotel offers you’ll see the words “Show More”. Click on this for more Accor Plus Red Hot Rooms offers…
Make sure you check the offer details such as the Availability and Stay Period. For example, for the Novotel Melbourne Glen Waverley… Their Red Hot Rooms offer is only available on Fridays and Saturdays. The valid dates are from 23 May 2019 to 6 June 2019.
So, if you were looking for something during the week, look for another hotel.
For the purposes of this demonstration, I’ll choose the Pullman Melbourne On The Park offer. For this offer the saving is over 60% off the listed price! Pretty good, right? Simply click on the offer.
You’ll then be taken to the Pullman Hotel’s offer details… I strongly recommend you check the Terms and Conditions of the offer! You don’t want any nasty surprises!
If it all looks good, hit the red “Book Now” button…
Then the available offers will appear. The currency may default to USD. You can change this to suit from the available currencies. I’ll change it to AUD so I can see what the hotel room rates are in Australian dollars.
As you can see, the price is nowhere near what the offer stated!
Your first thought might be that on the offer it said the room was AUD $134.4 If you look back and take a closer look, it said “From AUD $134.4 ” That catches a lot of people out!
Yet, if you play around with the dates you may get a better offer… You can do this by hitting the “Edit” button…
Then this will appear…
You can change the dates by clicking in the “Check-in” and “Check-out” boxes…
TIP:
If you click on where it says “Display price calendar” you can easily find the cheaper room rates. That helps when your dates are flexible.
You can scroll through dates using the left and right arrows to find the rates and dates that suit.
For this example, I’ll click on Sunday 2nd June for $157. Then hit the “CHECK PRICES” button.
The result will show all the available rooms and offers. Scroll through the options to see which one suits you.
By the way… If you haven’t done anything on the site for a little while, this pops up…
This call back is a handy option. I’ve only taken advantage of this once. Yet, the phone operator did help to sort out my booking! NOTE: It is only for certain regions only.
